I. There is a problem in society today. That problem is:
Woman having an abortion. They are either not ready, the child will not come out normal, they are financially in trouble, or they have been raped. Some may say that the woman should have the choice of abortion, but others say there should be no abortion. Nobody can tell you how to live your life. The ongoing battle and controversies for abortion has been going on since 1962. There should be a limit on when a woman should get an abortion. For example, what if a woman gets raped and does not want the child? Does she need to keep it just because the government states that there are no abortion? Or should this be the choice of the woman? Although I do see the Republican side, I still believe that the woman should have the decision of having an abortion under one condition. That one condition is that she must have the abortion before the first three months of being pregnant.
II. Facts that demonstrate that there is a problem are: (Two articles and bibliography must be attached)
I think that there is a problem because some woman believe that they lose their rights and that their decisions are ignored. There is no human killing because the embryo becomes a fetus. A fetus is a developing mammal before birth. At week 14, as in the article said, the fetus starts pumping blood. That means that there is a heart. The abortion rate has also gone down during the years as seen in the table. Should the government decide for a woman's rights, or should the woman have their own rights?
